  •  First rate = 1-4 guests / 1-2 beds. Second rate = 4-8 guests / 3-5 beds.
  •  Price includes beds made w/ fresh sheets, towel sets + lite housekeeping.
  •  Check-in is 2pm. Check-out is 10am.
     
    • Weekend -  Fri. in - Mon. out  ..................................... $650 - $700 
    Sunday night is free, so shorter weekend stays are not pro-rateable. 
    Midweek -  Mon. in - Fri. out  ..................................... $650 - $700 
    Full Week -  Mon. - Mon. or Fri. to Fri. .................... $1,200 - $1,300 
    Nightly -  Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu. ............................. $250 - $275 
    Fri., Sat., Sun. ......................................... $325 - $350 

    When calculating nightly, third and seventh nights are free! 
    7% County Bed Tax Applies
